Gedit encoding

sudo apt-get install dconf-editor
run dconf-editor
go to /org/gnome/gedit/preferences/encodings/

edit param "auto-detected" to ['UTF-8', 'CURRENT', 'WINDOWS-1251', 'ISO-8859-15', 'UTF-16']
